Who we are

Rita's Marketplace is a small gift shop based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We curate flowers, treats, and keepsakes for the people you care about, and every order is packed and checked by hand before it goes out.

Have a question before you order? Reach us any time via WhatsApp or email — our details are in the footer of every page.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us at signup and checkout — your name, email, phone number, and delivery address — only to create your account, process your order, and keep you updated on delivery.

We never sell your data. Order and account information is stored securely with our database provider (Google Firebase) and is only accessible to Rita's Marketplace for fulfilling your order.

You can ask us to update or delete your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@ritamarketplace.online.

Terms of Service

By placing an order on Rita's Marketplace, you agree to provide accurate delivery information and to complete payment through one of the methods offered at checkout (PIX or Paystack).

Product photos are illustrative — flowers, cakes, and handmade items may vary slightly from the picture shown due to seasonal availability.

Delivery dates and times are estimates. We'll contact you by WhatsApp if there's any delay.

Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Because most items are perishable or made to order (flowers, cakes, personalized gifts), we're unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

PIX payments are refunded manually to the original payer within a few business days once approved.
